Double Glazing will still require a draft seal.
In fact if you go to the expense of fitting double glazing to your wooden joinery you should insist Vi-Sal Seal is fitted to complete the insulation & draft exclusion process.
There is no point having double glazing if the cold air can come in or the warm air inside can escape through the gaps in your windows or doors.
